@celebgirl224 oh no!! I’ve never had this happen before but I’ve from others on posh that the buyer should file a complaint with USPS and with poshmark. I will also contact posh about it but their customer service is extremely slow

@celebgirl224 take photos of the box forsure and the tracking number, someone on the us postal service website will have an area to file a complaint and tell you what you need to send them, but do contact poshmark they can tell you what to do I don’t have much knowledge on this sort of thing

@agent99apparel hi sorry I have no clue why they are holding it at the post office “at customer request” I didn’t do it and have no idea how to, they’ve done it with my 3 posh packages that arrived this week but never with any others. I tried contacting them but it just gives me an 800 number and I can’t go in to complain because I am out of town until Wednesday.

@agent99apparel I’m going to try calling again because I want my packages delivered, not returned to sender or held. These 3 orders were all bedding and people online said its most likely due to them being lazy and not wanting to carry it into my building, I’m very upset with USPS.
