jski_08 @cowgirlkeewie yea blue can be tricky; do you use golden browns and neutral tones? Anything like a red brown will pop the blue beautifully. I love my naked palette for my eyes on a daily basis. Also you want to stick with thinner liner if your eyes are small. Mine are all brow bone, look up tight lining it should help open your eyes up. You line by wiggling your line into your lash line. Fills your lashes and leaves your eye lids liner free so they look larger. Also try lining only half way on your bottom lashes or not at all let your mascara do the rest !

jski_08 @cowgirlkeewie it'll change the shape if your eye, it doesn't really open it a lot. you have to be careful with where has how you put your wing because it can make your eye look droopy or just odd. White eyeliner in the waterline works well with opening up the eye as well.
