darcienichols Hi! I received a pair of American Eagle olive green skinny jeans from you today that I did not order. I did buy a pair of Prana light gray skinny jeans last week (which I love!) from you. Not sure what I should do with these. I can send them back, especially if they were supposed to go to someone else.

dashyo @darcienichols oh my gosh, thank you so much for reaching out!! now I know why the item never tracked ☹️ I must have double printed your label and attached it to those olive green pants meant for someone else. I’m so so sorry for the error! I’ve reached out to posh to see what can be done in this situation. Perhaps it is as simple as you just returning to sender, or slapping on the correct label and sending it to that buyer. I will keep in touch!!
