sunsetryleigh I need your help:( I have a customer that purchased three different item separately... Before being able to make her a custom listing and that means she has to pay 5.95$ three times right? Also she asked for the items all in one box, however she paid for them separately which would mean posh Mark would have it on file in their database as three different shipping labels but if I send it out in one box I probably won't get paid for the other two items right?

shoplittlebird @sunsetryleigh Imani. That is correct. You need to have 3 different packing slips showing each item was delivered or you will not get paid for two of them.

shoplittlebird @sunsetryleigh Imani, an option to consider is that you can cancel all three orders for her, re-list them and let her bundle the new listings so she only has to pay one shipping fee. I did this one time and the hassle is that you have to re-create your listings.

I'm in love with those Tony Lama boots!💕 I chose my closet name because I've always loved birds, especially fat little bluebirds and it's an easy name to remember. The app I use for my pis is called PicCollage. It's super easy and user friendly. I've tried others but this one is my favorite.

shoplittlebird @ashly_nunez16 Hi Ashley. Your closet is very cute and I will share your listings. The best way to get sales is to share, share and share some more. Share other peoples closets and they will share yours back. This increases your exposure and your chance of sales. Also share during the parties and share the host picks from the parties. A party is starting in about 6-8 minutes. Do this every night and you will see increased activity in your closet. Hope this helps.💕

shoplittlebird @itera49 Areti. You did the right thing. It is not legit and it is a scam technique. This has happened to a lot of Poshers. Never give out any of your personal contact info and all correspondence and transactions should take place only within the Poshmark app.

shoplittlebird @rachelb76 Hi Rachel and welcome to Poshmark! The buyer has three days to accept the order. If they do nothing, your funds are released on the 3rd day. Most of my buyers accept and rate the item right away but sometimes a buyer does nothing and I have to wait for the funds. Hope this makes sense. :)

I'm glad to hear that posh will release my money even if she does nothing. shoplittlebird @rachelb76 Hi Rachel. It should release today unless she opened a case against you but you would have gotten an email if she did. Go to My Sales and click on the little arrow on the right. There's a section called Problem Orders Inquiry where you can submit an inquiry to Posh.
