allthesetogs Can you please tell me why it took 7 days to ship my item? I purchased shoes specifically from you because your stats show that you ship within a day and they were supposed to be a birthday gift for my daughter. Her birthday is today. Had they been shipped within even two days, they would’ve been here on time.

allthesetogs It was marked manually as shipped a few days ago (which I didn’t know was possible), but USPS did not get the item until yesterday. I’m just confused as to what happened and would like to understand. I am a seller too so I get that things happen, but I haven’t experienced something like this before.

threelafleurs @allthesetogs hi, USPS picks up at my house. If it was marked as shipped manually that means they picked it up already and I marked it as shipped. Please remember due to COVID usps has been backlogged and I have no control over when the item moves or when they choose to scan them. I ship as soon as possible so customers can receive their items as fast as possible, that way I get paid accordingly. Sorry for the inconvenience.
