dw_style @cindylwalley are you using Apple Pay by chance? I know it happened to us cause he was trying to bid and it kept making him approve his payment thru Apple Pay first so every time he got out bid by the time the payment verified or something. So switched to credit card and it let us bid and it went thru right away. Hope that helps!
