what_women_need @rrballerina that's awesome and congrats on the weight loss. I recently gained 30lbs after being in two accidents back to back and have 17 epidural steroid injections and gained all the weight in 2 weeks. And bc it was nothing to do with diet or exercising it's so hard to lose it and now I can't do anything impact related for exercise bc of my back it so hard to lose the weight. What worked for you if you dont mind me asking

foxysparkles @amyhaubein Thank you, and I am so sorry to hear about your accidents! I walked for my exercise, that is all I did for exercise (Now, I can do more, gym, etc) but when I lost the weight I walked, starting at half a mile a day and then up to four miles a day. I cut out all the processed and funky foods full of preservatives and sugar, ate only fruit, nuts, vegetables, all fresh. No breads, rice, tiny bits of pasta (love pasta lol) I don't eat meat, I stopped that in 2012. You can do it!

foxysparkles @amyhaubein Yes! It took me 17 months or so to lose the 83 pounds, but it was well worth it. All we have is our health and we have to take care of it. All that junk, besides making us gain weight, is BAD for our health. :) Let me know if I can help in any way :)
