I like Thrifting around here but I know that there’s some real honey holes up north in places where they don’t have a Goodwill but they have church thrift stores, another community action kind of charity ran thrift

@goodtreasures Born in Two Rivers, lived in Green Bay 30 odd years (with a few cross country moves in between!) moved to AZ in 2010. I collect vintage / antique items of every kind and have gotten some of my best finds "Up North". In-laws have a cottage up on Crooked Lake and the items you find are amazing!

Yes, Church's and people cleaning out especially after someone passes away and the community "sales and auctions" are unreal. Soooo much fun! The St. Vincent DePaul in GB used to be really good too. Now a days when people pass away the kids / grandkids don't want any of it. They aren't "collectors" and "less is more". A friend had three full sets of antique sterling silver silverware and it ended up getting donated because no one wanted it! Stay well and Blessings!!
