Excellent condition West Kei sheer blouse in a beautiful teal/ turquoise color. Tie front with decorative mother of pearl style buttons down front and on sleeves. All buttons are decorative only (so blouse cannot be worn open or with sleeves un-cuffed). Slightly longer in back. Size tag has been removed; please see measurements.
