Westport1962 blouse loose fit on\off shoulder blue print ruffled sleeves size 1X

Very light weight top with a loose fit. Long sleeves with a 4 inch ruffle at the end connected with a navy trim band. A slightly stretchy 2 inch smocked band around the neck. This top is a size 1X and measures 23 inches from armpit to armpit when laying flat and 30 inches Fromm shoulder to hem. The sleeves measure 19 inches from the smocking to the end. New with Dress Barn tags still on (CL2)
