Sleek black velvet crop top by Wet Seal. Sleeveless with a mock turtle neck. There a keyhole neckline in the back and two buttons to fasten it up. There’s rushing along the side seams and shoulder seams, and the front has an opening (check out the video… perfume bottle was used to show this and does not come with the listing!)
