Wet Seal Y2K tub top/tunic size M

Brand: Sirens Size: M (I’m a size S so I’d say fits sizes S-M!) Vintage 2000s Y2K style Sirens tube top/tunic. Transparent bodice made with 100% polyester, long brown waistband made of 93% cotton 7% spandex (very stretchy!!) I wear the waistband folded up as a tube top, but have also worn this as a swim coverup!! Dimensions in photos I live in Toronto!
