@dearx7n hi there! Thanks for your interest in this item. It does have a draw chord with toggles at the bottom and can be cinched in tighter, if desired. (I added a picture to show the chord at the bottom inside of the jacket.) Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks 😊
