Wetskins women's waterproof outdoor rain/snow pants have zip fly with elastic waist and built-in webbing belt. Front pockets at hips have zip closures, back pockets have hook & loop closures. Bottom of legs have zippers on the outer leg so pants can be pulled on over boots, and the hems have hook & loop tab so hem can be tightened around ankle. 100% polyester fabric. Women's size Large - see below for garment measurements. Pre-owned condition: has some scuffing to inner leg cuffs, and 2 small tears to right inner leg - one tear is along the bottom of leg hem and the other is about 4 1/2" above leg hem (see close-up photos).
