3/$25 - Whimsical Polka-Dot Dress

A fun high-low dress that is flattering and forgiving. Dress is off-white (not quite cream) with black polka-dots. Only worn once. Has a light dirt stain on the inside of the dress as shown in photo - not noticeable and can be washed out.
