White Cottage Core Ruffled Puff Sleeve Maxi Dress

A very sweet dress. Size medium, but too big for me. I’m usually a medium, but H&M sizes run a bit large. More like a large to me, or perhaps it’s meant to fit very loosely. Description from H&M: Calf-length dress in a soft, woven organic cotton and Tencel™ lyocell blend. Low-cut V-neck, buttons full length of front, and double layer of flounces at front extending over shoulders to back. Seam at waist and short puff sleeves. Lined skirt.
