White Cotton whimsical Skirt fun for spring and summer

Elegant white cotton skirt. With beautiful embroidery style top stitching. Perfect for casual or formal occasions. Has very minor marks that would probably bleach or wash out, see photos. This skirt doesn’t have a size or brand label. I would say it is a large. Measurements are shown in photo. There is a zipper at waist, no elastic or stretch. Includes a sewn in under skirt slip.
