White Dress with gold gem belt

Such a pretty little dress, the first picture just says it all. Not sure the brand. it doesn't have any tags other then the little one with "L". It isn't a large though. P2P is 15.5 inch. It's more a small/medium. Summer dress, or even bridal shower? No stains, no flaws.
