White Eyelet Lace Peplum Top

White eyelet lace Joe Fresh top. Short sleeves with ruffle at cuff. Buttons up the front. Neck tag has been cut out but side seam tag remains. Most likely a medium but check the measurements. I purchased it secondhand thinking it would fit but alas no. Bust: 19" Length: 23.5"
