White Gathered Off the Shoulder Peasant Top

Perfect summer top, light and airy, single layer of rayon. Elastic around the upper bust and each upper arm, otherwise unstructured. Has a ton of stretch, could easily size from S-XL. I really do love it, just not on me. One flaw is a pen/ink mark on the back - I've tried to stain treat with not much luck, but it's really quite small. Bought new years ago from a local market store.
