I wore it once to an award ceremony, but it is too small for me. it has 2 tiny belt loops at the waist but it did not come with a belt.
no stains, blemishes or flaws.
fully lined and a nice weight to the fabric.
pit to pit measures 20.5 inches or 52cm
pit to bottom 31" (79cm)
17.5 inches (44 cm) across front at the waist
