So much detail on this top but not overdone. Black Crepe material, blue/white embroidery on neck, chest and 1/4 way down the open slit arms. Beautiful arm detail, long sleeve with elastic on cuffs and a dainty hook button. Tassel detail on the front the actually cinches the collar when pulled. Lined, flowy bottom.
