White House Black Market cocktail dress with pockets

Excellent little cocktail number, with a high neck, pockets, and a stretchy waist. The size is 00 but it's exactly the same size as my other 0 dresses. Approximate measurements across the back and waist in photos, but the waist does have elastic on the front.
