White House Black Market floral dress

Black, red and cream coloured belted dress. Can be worn off the shoulder. Dress and lining is 100% polyester. Fabric belt made out of the same material. Beautiful for the fall and can also be worn into the winter with a leather belt and knee-high boots. The length from the shoulder to the hem is approximately 34 inches. There is a slight pull in the material in the front of the dress, but it’s not noticeable when you belt it, it is shown in one of the pictures.
