This pullover sweater by White House Black Market is new with tags attached. It is black/white stripes with a 6 inch long black cape around the shoulders that has a 3 1/2 inch fringe. There is a 5 inch cuff around the bottom that matches these the cape on the shoulders. This sweater is a size XS and is a total of l29 inches from shoulder to hem.
