hey! can I know the measurement of the top of the skirt laying flat?
& does it reflect a blue color? or is that just my eyes haha

@hodds hey! Just measured - top of skirt is 13 inches laying flat with a stretchy waistband. Just realizing the reflection is a bit blue in the pic, but it’s white/cream satin (no blue hints)
