White Sweater Dynamite

Gently used white sweater recently purchased from dynamite. Fits as a size medium, Is a fitted sweater but fits slightly loose on me and my chest is size 35 inches. A few loose fabric bits that may be coming off of it. But hardly noticeable. I've attached one picture of the loose fabric part.
