White Tulle Skirt with Polka Dots

Elegant white tulle skirt with polka dot design and hearts Perfect for special occasions. Elastic waistband White lining Waist - approx 12.15” not doubled Length from top to bottom - approx 22.5” Length from top to bottom of white lining - approx 16” GUC - some of the white polka dots are rubbed off. Sole of the white polka dots are dirty looking. Some of them have been replaced with white fuzzy hearts. Tag says cotton and polyester but it feels all polyester. Button of skirt has been cut jaggedly, it’s not all uniform length.
