White dress with v-neck and buttons down entire front. New with tags, never worn, but one run on fabric at bottom, front of dress (see pics). Elastic ruching at waist and shirt, flutter sleeves. Machine wash cold, made in India. 17” pit to pit, 13” across waist when unstretched skirt is 30” from waist to hem.
