Cute Strapless Dress for Sale! I will add more pictures as I noticed that it is cut-off a bit once uploaded. Cream/white top and black bottom. Has the look of a Top/Skirt combo but this is a dress. Fits Extra Small (Tag may say small but it fits XS) It is a stretchy nylon material. Beautiful ruching look on both the top and bottom.
