White and Blue Vince Camuto Maxi Dress

Beautiful full length Vince Camuto dress, slip inside and adjustable straps! For reference, I am 5’8” and was wearing wedges and it almost still touched the ground. Waist band is nice and stretchy, dress is overall very comfortable. Size 2 but fits a size 4 as well. Small stain at the top on the neckline, but it is mainly visible on the inside of the dress as pictured. Worn once, to an outdoor wedding.
