White backless dress with cutouts

Reposhing this item I purchased from @vblysniuk. Loved it, but was a little too tight on my hips. Only tried it on, I didn't end up wearing it. Dress is fully lined so it's not see through. Endless Rose is a Brand found in Nordstrom. Dimensions: Bust is difficult to determine since it's mostly straps. It fit me and I'm a 34B-C Waist: 26inches Hips: 35-36inches Material: Dress: 97% Polyester and 3% spandex Lining: 100% polyester Questions? Leave a comment below!
