White bathing suit bikini t shirt top from cider size medium

I never wore this out to the pool or beach I tried it on and it didn’t fit me so it’s still brand new. It’s size large but it fits more like a small/medium. It also has slits for bra padding, but it didn’t come with any. It was 20 dollars for the top and bottom, but I can’t find the bottoms.
