White & blue floral cold shoulder shift dress ❄️

Such a pretty dress - it makes me think of garden parties or the wedding it was made for that didn't happen! Custom made by a clever dressmaker, it features short, cold shoulder sleeves and POCKETS (not enough dresses have pockets, the bride did not approve this alteration so shhhhhh)! It has a back zip and hook and eye closure and I had her put in a substantial 3" hem because I thought it might be nice to have it as a longer dress later. 17" pit to pit, 35" long - in perfect unworn condition (C) 1/30
