Super cute mini bubble hem dress! Brand new with tags, literally only worn to try on. Made from scuba material. Loved it, only selling because it was a bit shorter than I wanted - I am 5’6 for reference. Perfect for a reception dress or a bachelorette! It has stretch to it, so could fit a few sizes.

@flowykloee measurements in inches for bust is 37.7! It’s quite stretchy so could fit a larger or smaller cup size.
