White cotton skirt with overlay size 12 B

Gorgeous layered white 100% cotton skirt. Shorter lining with a longer overlay Zipper on the side. There are a few yellowish smudges on the skirt, mostly on the lining and two of the diamond shapes on the overlay has ripped. Measurements: Waist: 16.5” Length: 29”
