White cotton tiered English Factory midi dress with colourful trim. 1X. NWT

Fully lined white cotton midi dress with colourful trimming on the skirt tiers and puff sleeves. New with tag. Small tear where the the last tier is sewn. Easily fixed with a small stitch - it's what's I was going to do to wear it. Could also remove the last tier and shorten the dress. Unfortunately the dress doesn't fit me so I haven't tried to fix it. Figured best to sell it as is.
