White crochet lace Maxi Dress, vintage Edwardian style cotton slip dress

A gorgeous Edwardian style cotton crochet lace slip dress, which can easily be worn as a summer dress, historical costume slip dress, at a bridal shower or on your (tropical sunny) honeymoon. With plenty of lace detailing to the shoulder straps, top and hemline, it has an overall A-line shape with a calf-length skirt. It closes with white pearly buttons at the back, which, funny enough, can also be worn to the front. Overall this dress is in good shape with a slight touch of yellowing under the arms and several small stains overall. (see images) there used to be a drawstring to the bust line (missing) and I suspect the waist would have been elasticated. The material is somewhat sheer and if you are concerned about modesty, you could consider pairing it with a slip dress.
