Beautiful thin india cotton dress. frilly cap sleeves, shirred waist liner under-though still a tad see through..wear neutral underwear perhaps. crochet detailing. Vintage 90's/00's I believe...have had it forever in storage. Bit too snug now. size large but best for medium or small large at best. So pretty.
