White dress shirt with blue accents

Beautiful textured dress shirt in white with stripped blue accents on collar, cuffs and down the button line. There is some minor yellowing around buttons on sleeves. See pic. I’m sure will come out with a washing. 100% cotton. Measurements are pit to pit 24.5’ and shoulder to bottom of shirt 31’. Only gives neck measurements of 16 1/2 or 34-35.
