White fedora hat with feather, size OS

Brand: unknown, no label Style: fedora with white flower and black feather Colour: White Material: felt (I think) Size: OS Condition: excellent Approx. measurements: 7" head diameter; 21”-ish circumference, 11" width (side to side) x 12” width (front to back), 5” height (crown) This elegant hat was purchased in 1990s for my mother, but has never been worn. Unfortunately there is no label, but I am certain the material is felt (is very stiff)—perhaps someone who knows more about hats can tell. No imperfections, has likely never been outside the box (the box has no label either).
