White footed ceramic vase or Pilar candle holder

Cute ceramic vase or candle holder. I'm not sure if this is truely vintage, or if the crazing in the centre of the dish part is intentional. This would be a super cute ikebana vase if you had a mini flower frog for the bottom. In great used condition, but with a few dark scuffs along the outer rim, as seen in the photos.
