White house black market yellow dress

Wore once for a wedding. Super classy and the material is nice and thick so it gives it a nice shape. Top skirt is slitted to expose a shorter skirt underneath. Color is a beautiful light yellow. Belt is removable but the dress comes with some belt loops. Reposhing this item I purchased from @sofcho. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions? Leave a comment below!
