@pixiecuts chest measurement is 13 and 3/4
Across the bust is 16 and 1/2. It is stretchy material, however, the cups are structured. Imas a B cup it fit me fine but I’m a large b. The straps are adjustable as well so you could tighten them so the cups fit better
