White lace strapless maxi dress (100% cotton)

Floor length white lace dress. It needs to be steamed but is dry cleaned. It is lined with a second layer of cotton. Very detailed beautiful dress. In good used condition. No flaws to the best of my knowledge. Straps are just for hanging. There is a strip of sticky tape around top to hold up the dress. Perfect for spring.
