White long sleeve Blouse with Black Polka Dots

Long sleeve blouse in white with small black polka dots. The sleeve has a flounce at the wrist with faux tie. The hem of the blouse is curved and there is a key hole at the center back neckline. This is lightly worn with very little sights on wear.
