White maxi skirt, brand new without tag, XXS

I love love love this skirt. But it is too small for me. Never worn this out door! I intended to wear this for my trip to Disney but could not breathe when I put it on! This is definitely not XS but in XXS. I got this from an online store. This is a very well made skirt. So mad that it does not fit me. I cannot remember how much I paid but it was not cheap. Note: this skirt is very tight on the waist even it has elastic at the back. I recommend someone who wears petite or XXS to get it.
