White off the shoulder blouse

Never been worn (too small), NWT. One size, bought in China, fits a XS. White off the shoulder with ruffle sleeves. Semi-sheer fabric, will need a bralette or something inside. Good quality, but hem is sewn a little poorly in ruffles around the neckline as seen in last picture.
