lnsruby99 @tracyxoclothes it’s kind of hard to tell because the waist is a bit stretchy but laying flat on my bed and stretching the material, I measured 15 inches wide (not the circumference)

lnsruby99 @tracyxoclothes I measured the waist again I would actually say 13.5 inches but it is a stretchy band. Pit to pit is 15 inches. It definitely fits like a true small and not an xs but the material and texture of the dress would not be hard to take in if you needed to 😊
