White pleated skirt, slightly flares at the bottom. Airy and light weight. can dress up or down or layer under - versatile style. In great condition. I'm only selling because the waist is too loose on me. I'd say it would fit someone wearing size 27-29 the most. The waist band is not restricting and stretchy so can fit bigger.
